You can fetch all the live active offers using the link Get Offers for Publishers . For this you would need the S2S token that you can get from the BitLabs dashboard under 'Integrations' tab.
Please let me know if this is what you are loooking for. Do you have any timeline to complete the integration and go live? Please let me know.
